THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • How to order?
    All orders should be made through the website. Click “shop”, choose the item/s that you want to order, choose your payment option, then provide your details. We will send you an email confirmation with the bank details upon checkout.
  • Can I pre-order items that aren't available yet?
    We accept pre-orders for restocks a month before we release it. To pre-order, send us a message through Instagram or on the website with the following details: Name, order, address, and contact number. We require FULL PAYMENT upon ordering to reserve your item/s.
  • What are your payment options?
    We accept payments through: Bank deposit - BDO - BPI (message us on Instagram to get QR code) - Unionbank - Gcash - Paypal Account details will be included in the confirmation email which you will receive upon checkout.
  • Can I pay through credit card or Paypal?
    Yes. Just select the PayPal option upon check out.
  • Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD)?
    No, we do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD).
  • How much is the shipping fee?
    Shipping fees are as follows: Within Metro Manila – Php 89 Nearby Provinces – Php 150 Provincial areas – Php 190
  • How many days will it take until I receive my order?
    Shipping to Metro Manila takes 1-3 days, while shipping to provincial areas is 3-10 days depending on your location.
  • Where are all shipments coming from?
    All shipments come from the Canvas Club headquarters located in Marikina City, Philippines.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes, we do! You can order through our website or through our partner retail store -- Frankie General Store
  • I won't be home when the package is expected to arrive. Do I need to be there to receive it?
    You don’t have to receive it personally, but you need to provide the name and contact number of the person who can receive it. The courier will not leave the package on your doorstep. If no one is there to receive it and if they can’t contact the number provided, they will come back the next couple of days.
  • How do I track my order?
    Upon shipping your package, we will send you the tracking details via email.
  • Do you do same day delivery?
    Yes, we do same day delivery via Grab/Lalamove. Just select "Delivery via Grab/Lalamove" as shipping option then you can just pay the rider upon arrival. We do not accept personal pickups.
  • I just realized I put the wrong shipping address. Can I still change it?
    Yes, just message us via Instagram (@canvas__club) or email us at hello.canvasclub@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • Do you do meet-ups?
    No, we do not do meet-ups. All orders will be delivered by our courier.
  • What is the return and exchange process?
    We only accept items for return/exchange if: 1. The item is damaged 2. Wrong item received Requests should be done within 7 days upon receiving your order. Please send us an email at hello.canvasclub@gmail.com with photos of the defective or wrong item. In these cases, shipping fee will be free. We will schedule a courier pickup to your address to pick up the item for return. Just let us know when you would like them to pick the item up so that we can schedule the booking. We will deliver the item once we have received back the item for exchange.
  • I want to change my order to another color. Is this possible?
    Yes. Please send us an email at hello.canvasclub@gmail.com regarding your item. However, shipping fee for these kinds of exchange will be shouldered by the customer.
  • Do you accept refunds?
    It depends on the situation but generally we do not accept refunds, just exchanges.
